Areta, C\/ Badost\u00e1in 2, planta 2, 31620 Huarte (Navarra), Spain. You can contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@urad.es\">contact@urad.es<\/a> or on +34 948 488 458.<\/p>\n          <p>In these terms, \"uRAD\" means Anteral S.L. and \"the Customer\" means the person or company placing the order. A <strong>consumer<\/strong> is a Customer who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession; <strong>any other Customer is a business<\/strong> customer.<\/p>\n          <p><strong>By placing an order, the Customer accepts these terms.<\/strong><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n  <section class=\"u-section u-section--legal\">\n    <div class=\"u-wrap\">\n      <div class=\"u-legal u-legal--single\">\n        <div class=\"u-legal__body\">\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"envios\">\n            <header><h2>Shipping Information<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>Delivery takes 1-3 working days for domestic shipments and 4-6 working days for international shipments, counted from dispatch. Orders are dispatched on the same day or the day after they are placed. For shipments outside the European Union, the order will be dispatched once we receive the signed end-use declaration, which we will send you by e-mail (see <a href=\"#exportacion\">Export Control and End Use<\/a>). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package.<\/p>\n<p>If for any reason the shipment has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.<\/p>\n<p>Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed unless the Customer bears the cost and both parties expressly agree. Changes to the destination country are never accepted.<\/p>\n<p>If you have not received your package 6 working days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:contact@urad.es\">contact@urad.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. They are shown separately in your order summary and are calculated according to the destination.<\/p>\n<p>If you place an order for delivery to a country or territory outside the European Union, please note that the package may be held at customs in your country and you may have to pay import duties and taxes on arrival. This is because the recipient of the order becomes the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all laws and regulations of the country or territory where they are received.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional costs for customs duties or tariffs are borne by the recipient. uRAD has no control over these costs and cannot tell you their amount in advance. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on any import restrictions that apply to certain products.<\/p>\n<p>Shipments outside the European Union are subject to EU and Spanish export controls. Customs authorities may request additional documents on the product or its end use, which may delay delivery. uRAD will let you know if your assistance is required.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"precios\">\n            <header><h2>Prices and Taxes<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>Prices are shown in euros. The final price, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is shown in the order summary before you confirm your order.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipments within the European Union:<\/strong> the applicable VAT is charged, except for sales to businesses established in another Member State that provide a valid EU VAT number, which are exempt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipments outside the European Union:<\/strong> no Spanish VAT is charged, as the sale is an exempt export (Article 21 of Spanish VAT Law 37\/1992). Import duties and taxes in the destination country are borne by the recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"devoluciones\">\n            <header><h2>Return Policy<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<h3 id=\"desistimiento\">Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to <a href=\"mailto:contact@urad.es\">contact@urad.es<\/a>, including your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of having sent it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Returning the product:<\/strong> you must send the product back to the address above within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal. <strong>You bear the cost of returning the product.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Condition of the product:<\/strong> you are only liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exception:<\/strong> the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"u-legal__form\">\n<p class=\"u-legal__formk\"><strong>Model withdrawal form<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>To Anteral S.L., Pol. We will send you a return label or arrange a collection from your home or premises at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"adecuacion\">Suitability for your application<\/h3>\n<p>uRAD guarantees the highest quality and performance of its products. However, apart from the consumer's right of withdrawal, uRAD does not refund the price if the product is not suitable for the application for which the Customer bought it. We therefore recommend that you read the datasheet carefully and send us any questions about how the products work before buying.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"garantia\">\n            <header><h2>Product Warranty<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<h3>Limited Warranty Statement<\/h3>\n<p class=\"u-legal__important\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> by placing an order, the Customer accepts the terms of this Limited Warranty Statement. We recommend that you read it before using the products. This Statement is without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers, which are not limited in any way.<\/p>\n<h3>Warranty periods<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"u-legal__terms\">\n<li><strong>Consumers:<\/strong> 3 years from delivery of the product, under the legal guarantee provided by consumer law.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business customers:<\/strong> 1 year from the date of sale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Warranty periods<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>uRAD warrants that its products conform to the specifications detailed in their datasheet. uRAD is not liable for defects caused by neglect, misuse or mistreatment, or for products that the Customer has altered or modified in any way.<\/li>\n<li>If any uRAD product fails to conform to this warranty, uRAD will repair or replace it and shall be given a reasonable time to do so. If the Customer is a consumer, they may also exercise the other rights granted by law, such as a price reduction or termination of the contract where applicable. Repaired or replaced products are covered by a new full warranty period.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer agrees not to use uRAD products in applications or components of life-support devices, in the operation of nuclear facilities, or in other mission-critical applications or components where human life or property may be at stake. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any such use is solely at the Customer's own risk, and that the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to such use.<\/li>\n<li>uRAD may provide technical, application or design advice. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that providing these services does not expand or otherwise alter uRAD's warranties set out in this section, and that no additional obligations or liabilities for uRAD arise from them.<\/li>\n<li>For business customers, and to the extent permitted by law, uRAD disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, regarding the products, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.<\/li>\n<li>The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with all legal, regulatory and safety requirements concerning the products and their use in the Customer's applications, notwithstanding any application-related information or support that uRAD may provide.<\/li>\n<li>To the extent permitted by law, uRAD shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any special, collateral, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages in connection with or arising from the products, even if uRAD has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This section will survive the end of the warranty period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"exportacion\">\n            <header><h2>Export Control and End Use<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>uRAD products are radar sensors designed and manufactured by Anteral S.L. for civil applications. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the following conditions, which are an essential part of the sales contract:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Civil use only.<\/strong> The Customer shall use uRAD products for civil purposes only. The Customer shall not use them, integrate them into other products, or allow third parties to use them for:<ul>\n<li>any military end use, including weapon systems, munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) or other platforms for military use;<\/li>\n<li>the development, production, handling, storage or dissemination of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, or of missiles capable of delivering such weapons;<\/li>\n<li>any other use referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2021\/821 on dual-use items.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>Export control laws.<\/strong> The Customer shall comply with all laws applicable to the export, re-export and transfer of the products, in particular Regulation (EU) 2021\/821, the restrictive measures (sanctions) of the European Union and the laws of the Customer's own country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No re-export to Russia or Belarus.<\/strong> The Customer shall not sell, export or re-export uRAD products, directly or indirectly, to the Russian Federation or Belarus, or for use in those countries, in accordance with Article 12g of Council Regulation (EU) No 833\/2014 and Article 8g of Council Regulation (EC) No 765\/2006.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sanctioned territories and parties.<\/strong> Nor shall the Customer supply the products, directly or indirectly:<ul>\n<li>to Crimea or Sevastopol, or to the non-government-controlled areas of the Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li>to any country or territory subject to EU restrictive measures that prohibit such supply;<\/li>\n<li>to any person, entity or body listed in the EU sanctions lists, or to anyone acting on their behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n<li><strong>Third parties.<\/strong> If the Customer resells or transfers the products, the Customer shall pass on these same obligations in writing to the acquirer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>End-use information.<\/strong> uRAD may ask the Customer, before or after shipment, for information on the end use and end user of the products and for a signed end-use declaration. For shipments outside the European Union this declaration is mandatory, and the order will be shipped once uRAD has received it signed. The Customer shall provide truthful information and any documents requested by the customs authorities. Buyer and consignee details given in the order must be accurate.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order cancellation.<\/strong> uRAD may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of the amount paid, if the Customer does not provide the requested information, if there are indications that the products may be intended for a prohibited use or destination, or if the export is not permitted by applicable law. uRAD is not liable for delays caused by customs or export controls.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Breach.<\/strong> Any breach of these conditions is a material breach of contract. uRAD may terminate the contract, suspend any future supply, claim appropriate damages and report the breach to the competent authorities. Products used in breach of these conditions are excluded from the warranty. The Customer shall hold uRAD harmless from any claim or penalty arising from the Customer's breach.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"emisiones\">\n            <header><h2>Emissions<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>uRAD complies with the European Union requirements on the efficient use of the radio spectrum to avoid harmful interference, set out in Article 3.2 of Directive 2014\/53\/EU (RED) on the making available on the market of radio equipment. The EU Declaration of Conformity is available on request at <a href=\"mailto:contact@urad.es\">contact@urad.es<\/a>.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"fabricacion\">\n            <header><h2>Manufacturing<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>All components and solder alloys used in this product comply with the RoHS Directive. This directive prevents new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market in the European Economic Area from containing lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) above the permitted levels.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"calidad\">\n            <header><h2>Quality Testing<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>Each uRAD unit undergoes strict testing to make sure it is not faulty:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"u-legal__steps\">\n<li>It is thoroughly checked for short circuits and open connections.<\/li>\n<li>It is powered up to check that there are no out-of-range voltages.<\/li>\n<li>The microcontroller is programmed and debugged.<\/li>\n<li>Several test programs are run to check its overall functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, the radiated signal is checked to comply with the limits of the ETSI EN 300 440 standard for this frequency band.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"raee\">\n            <header><h2>WEEE Waste Management<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>Anteral is registered in the Spanish Integrated Industrial Register of Electrical and Electronic Equipment Producers (RII-AEE) and of Batteries and Accumulators (RII-PYA), which guarantees the buyer that it complies with the obligations of Royal Decree 110\/2015. To this end, Anteral has partnered with SUNREUSE ASSOCIATION, which, as stated on its website, is a Collective Extended Producer Responsibility Scheme (SCRAP) for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Batteries and Accumulators, set up with the commitment and support of producers of electrical and electronic equipment and of batteries and accumulators.<\/p>\n<p>SUNREUSE ASSOCIATION is authorised at national level as a WEEE compliance scheme (SCRAP) by the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, with National Authorisation Code 14\/SCR\/RAP\/CV in the Waste Production and Management Register of the Valencian Community, under the resolution issued by the Director General for Environmental Quality and Education on 6 February 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Its purpose is to manage all types of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) according to the 7 categories in Annex III of Royal Decree 110\/2015 of 20 February on waste electrical and electronic equipment, as well as waste batteries and accumulators under Royal Decree 710\/2015 of 24 July, which amends Royal Decree 106\/2008 of 1 February on batteries and accumulators and the environmental management of their waste.<\/p>\n<p class=\"u-legal__reg\">RII-AEE No.: 14738<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n          <section class=\"u-legal__sec\" id=\"ley\">\n            <header><h2>Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2><\/header>\n            <div class=\"u-legal__txt\">\n<p>These terms are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"u-legal__terms\">\n<li><strong>Business customers:<\/strong> any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Pamplona (Navarra), Spain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consumers:<\/strong> they may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence and keep the protection granted to them by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/section>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n<\/div>\n<style>\n\/* uRAD \u00b7 Condiciones de venta \u00b7 CSS m\u00ednimo aut\u00f3nomo\n   Pegar en WPBakery \u2192 Ajustes de p\u00e1gina \u2192 CSS personalizado (o CSS adicional).\n   No necesita urad-kit.css.
